Carl Valentin Flexicode is the ideal thermal transfer coding system (TTO) when you need to print variable information directly on the film without pre-printing a label. It’s a convenient thermal transfer printer with an excellent price-performance ratio.
Applications
Flexicode has proven itself well when coding on packaging for bulk products (film, foil): packaging grains, pasta. It can be installed in virtually any model of packaging and wrapping machines.
Industrial Controller
The TTO system consists of an industrial controller for easy operation and a thermal transfer printer that prints directly on all types of flexible film packaging materials.
The controller can be operated directly from a PC locally or using the included software to create label templates. With an additional touch panel, you can centrally control one or more printers on a LAN.
By default, Carl Valentin Flexicode has a web server, which simplifies parameter setup using a web browser, such as Internet Explorer.
Variable information such as date, time, and barcodes are printed directly on the packaging film or cardboard in high quality with maximum reliability. The thermal transfer printer is also easy to maintain thanks to the self-diagnosis functions.
Convenient and Easy to Use
Carl Valentin Flexicode works with a multi-line display on the controller in combination with function keys. An additional touch screen also allows inexperienced users to operate the system. The system menu structure is organized so that changes to the text/message for coding can be easily made.
