Labellers are compact and functional devices designed for the automatic application of labels onto various types of packaging or directly onto products.

They are widely used in the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, automotive, chemical, and other industries.

One of the main advantages of automatic labeling systems is their high speed and consistently accurate label positioning. Due to the reliable operation and modularity of labellers, they are easily applicable to different types of products regardless of their size, shape, final packaging, etc., providing greater flexibility in the labeling process.

Automatic labellers are installed next to the conveyor and are most often used in production as a standalone unit but can also be connected to other machines, such as fillers, packers, carton machines, and so on.

Main parameters considered when choosing a labeller model include label width and length, label dispensing speed, maximum label dispensing frequency, labeling accuracy, and left or right modification (especially important for side labeling).

For ease of use and time savings, automatic labellers can additionally be equipped with marking devices for printing labels, adding variable information such as production date and expiration date, batch number, etc.

The use of automatic self-adhesive labellers allows for the abandonment of adhesive labels and replacing manual labor. They also help increase production efficiency, reduce labor costs, and decrease product defects.
