How does it work?
The checkweigher is an automatic machine for checking the weight of packaged goods.
The checkweigher is not only suitable for quality control of products but also capable of detecting missing parts in a product kit in a box, such as missing bottles, boxes, individual parts, packages, and loss of accessories (such as desiccant, instructions, etc.).
The automatic conveyor checkweigher is used in a wide range of industries, including food, pharmaceutical, agricultural, industrial, chemical, cosmetic, and others.
The versatile dynamic checkweigher model YCW-150/210/300 is designed for checking products weighing up to 12 kg. The product size usually does not exceed 300 mm in length and 290 mm in width. The maximum accuracy of the dynamic checkweigher can reach ±0.2 g. It is ideal for controlling both individual medications and entire kits, packaged snacks, bottled skin care products, electronic product components, and more.
