Large Character Printers Topjet KT7 and KT16 are designed for simple marking in 1 – 4 lines on cardboard and paper packaging.
The simple and reliable design ensures uninterrupted operation in the most demanding production environments. In particular, they are widely used in Ukraine on ceramic tile production lines.
The Topjet KT large character marking system allows you to apply alphanumeric information to cardboard boxes and paper bags.
These systems use 7-nozzle (KT7) or 16-nozzle printheads with a nominal character size from 12.6 mm to 75 mm maximum. Additionally, you can reduce the print height by approximately 50% by changing the angle of the printhead.
Reliable and versatile, thanks to the use of solenoid valves and DOD (drop-on-demand) technology, KT printers are the ideal solution to meet a wide range of marking requirements.
Can be used with 1 to 4 heads with 7 nozzles, 2 heads with 16 nozzles or a combination of 7+16 nozzle heads.
Thanks to their compact size and the versatility of the printhead orientation (side-top-bottom), printers are easily integrated into any type of production line or system for printing text, batch numbers, dates, and times.
The main type of ink used is water-based and is mainly used for printing on cardboard boxes and paper bags. Available colors: black, blue, red.
The STP 700 control panel is simple and intuitive, allowing the operator to master the system in the shortest possible time.
In the production of ceramic tiles and natural stone, a dot code is used to mark the grade. For this task, the model KT1 monojet was specially developed, whose task is to generate and print dots in 1 row on a cardboard box.
