Inkjet coder HR500 from the leader in coding and marking – Topjet – is a flexible and efficient solution for marking various types of materials, with a particular emphasis on cardboard boxes and cartons. Thanks to the use of printheads with a print height of 70 mm and a resolution of 180 dpi, HR500 offers enormous opportunities for packaging design without the need for labels. This solution significantly reduces printing and inventory costs, as instead of 10 different types of boxes of 1000 pieces each, you can order 10,000 identical boxes and decorate them using the HR500 coder.

This device supports the control of up to 4 printheads per controller, and up to 16 controllers. The heads can be both autonomous and combined into one block, allowing the print height to be increased to 280 mm. The device’s software automatically splits the image into strips to avoid defects on the lines of connection between the printheads.
