Automatic Labeling System for Side and Front / Rear Label Application

The System 5 series includes a range of labeling systems for applying labels on one side or on both sides (front / back) of elliptical and rectangular packages.

Labeling systems are fully automatic labeling machines with an integrated conveyor; these are self-contained small labeling lines designed for transporting, processing, and applying self-adhesive labels. Therefore, they can be used both autonomously and in conjunction with other packaging machines (such as filling machines).

Automatic labeling systems are ideal for labeling elliptical or rectangular cans, bottles, products, and containers made of plastic, glass for the food, chemical, and cosmetic industries.

The Systems 5 series offers different models, depending on production needs, with signaling and control equipment.
The systems provide different production speeds, in standard or custom configurations

Modular design allows the installation of various automatic applicators of different widths and speeds, as well as a wide range of auxiliary devices that perform basic functions, ensuring label application on one / both sides in combination with top, bottom, or tamper-evident labels (with DRP device).

The system is compatible with various types of printing units – hot stamping, thermal transfer printing, inkjet printing – manufactured by Etipack and major manufacturers such as Koenig & Bauer Coding GmbH (formerly KBA Metronic), Carl Valentin GmbH, inc.jet, for printing any codes, variable data, and images.
