Etipack Etifiale — ampoule labeling
Etifiale – labeling of ampoules with pharmaceutical products.
Etifiale Full – a special solution for high-speed labeling of ampoules with a capacity of up to 12,000 units per hour.
Ampoules are loaded into a special hopper, from which they are fed onto a carousel where they are labeled with self-adhesive labels around the circumference.
Ampoules that do not have a label or have no marking are rejected into a special bin.
Format changes happen very quickly and do not require any tools.

Etifiale system composition (standard):
- stainless steel frame;
- Extreme 1.3 applicator with hinged joints, motorized micro adjustments, encoder;
- conveyor for feeding ampoules to the carousel with a pusher;
- carousel;
- DPR unit for turning and rolling ampoules;
- UV control of label application on ampoules;
- pneumatic device for rejecting ampoules without labels;
- Siemens pneumatic controller with Omron touch screen on a swivel mount;
- tray for ampoules with applied labels;
- counter for suitable/unsuitable products/summator;
- protective guard.
Optional equipment:
- printing module (inkjet or thermal transfer printer)
- smart camera for control reading of markings
