e-SolarMark eFLS laser system for coding/marking metal and plastic products.

e-SolarMark eFLS fiber laser is a versatile industrial laser designed for marking a wide range of metals and plastics, including HDPE, OPP, ABS, stainless steel, and titanium.

It can be used for both static and dynamic marking. It has compact integration dimensions, making it suitable for installation on production lines.

This laser coder is made with a fully stainless steel industrial design, making it suitable for use in various industries, including electrical, food, bottling lines, automotive, chemical, cosmetic, dairy, healthcare, and construction.

Safety standards for laser operation are ensured by the use of a standalone control unit equipped with a “Stop” button, authorized laser activation via keys, and safe control of the mechanical shutter.

Several control options are available, from full network control to control via the standalone CU2 control unit with a 10.4-inch color touchscreen. The control unit design is fully industrial, using an SSD. Two types of laser marking control units are available.

Other advantages of the e-SolarMark eFLS laser include a long service life of up to 100,000 working hours, a scanning head with a 90° angular design with vector galvo deflection of the laser beam, suitable for Datamatrix code marking, and a marking speed of up to 1600 characters/s (2 mm character height, depending on material and lens).
