Non-Contact Inkjet Egg Coder EJ1305/EJ1306 Designed for Egg Marking
The device is used for printing texts, dates, logos, etc. directly on eggs placed in trays and moving along the conveyor.
Advantages:

- no maintenance required: no downtime due to equipment servicing
- high print resolution: can print logos, Arabic text, and hieroglyphs.
The inkjet print heads (5 and 6 respectively) move up and down, following the shape of the egg, and ensure high print quality.
The flexibility of this device makes it suitable for small and medium-sized producers as well as large factories equipped with electronic sorting machines.
Printing data is generated directly on the control unit or on a tablet running the Android operating system.
The system can be equipped with a feed conveyor or installed on the customer’s line.
