Smart Start technology – perfect operation in start-stop mode

Smart Start technology, Active Ink Flow, and extremely precise pump pressure control allow the alphaJET5 coder to operate flawlessly in start-stop mode while maintaining print quality. Cleaning delays before starting work are virtually non-existent.

The alphaJET 5 inkjet coder can be kept in standby mode for weeks. There is no need for intermediate starts or prolonged cleaning before resuming the production line.

Impressive pump and filter replacement intervals

We promise 20,000 hours of pump motor operation. This means that the alphaJET 5 pump, with single-shift operation, will last more than 11 years!

You will also be impressed by the recommended filter replacement interval for this printer. For non-pigmented inks, it is 10,000 hours with single-shift operation. And for pigmented inks, the filter will need to be changed after 4,000 hours.

Service faster, produce more: better payback

The Re-Solve Ultra system is standard on the alphaJET 5 coder. The Re-Solve Ultra solvent recovery system is installed in all alphaJET family systems. You will get a continuous inkjet printer with the lowest solvent consumption on the market (<2 ml/hour).

Combined with our prices for consumables, this will result in very low ongoing marking costs.

But there are other important factors as well. Among other things, we have also installed an efficient cooling system for the components, including electronics. The principle here is: lower temperature – lower consumption.
